  • International Shipping: For orders shipped outside of Spain, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from After Life are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: You have the right to return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@afterlife-shop.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Exclusions: Personalised items or perishable goods may be exempt from being returned.
